  1. Those chips are just beautiful, how did you get them so thin a crisp? Did you use any other stabilizers in the marrow ice cream? eggs? how's the consistency?

  2. Theres cremadon in the ice cream,the chips are brushed with ss then dehydrated, no eggs in the icecream,only milk,cream dextrose, sugar, cremadon, smoked marrow,alittle arminac
